Assessment and Development Centers is assessment methodology with the highest predictive validity when designed and implemented properly. Our company was the first to introduce these methodologies in Greece and Cyprus and has trained a large number of executives in their implementation. The trainings are divided into two categories.
Assessment and Development Centers - Assessors training
Participants acquire theoretical and practical knowledge regarding issues of proper implementation of Assessment or Development Centers. As part of the training, they become familiar with the stages and methodologies that make up an Assessment and / or Development Center.
