Participants become familiar with the main aspects related to the design of Assessment and / or Development Centers. This training is addressed, mainly, to executives of the Human Resources Department who wish to have autonomy in the design of Evaluation or Development Centers.

Assessment and Development Centers - Assessors training
Participants acquire theoretical and practical knowledge regarding issues of proper implementation of Assessment or Development Centers. As part of the training, they become familiar with the stages and methodologies that make up an Assessment and / or Development Center.
This training is addressed, mainly, to executives of the Human Resources Department and other executives of a company that are going to have the role of evaluator in Evaluation and / or Development Centers.
