We are pleased to welcome Marios Melanides to the team of Evalion-SHL Greece & Cyprus, in the position of Cyprus Country Partner, from April 1, 2022.
Until recently, Marios Melanides held the position of the Director of Human Capital at PwC Cyprus, where he worked for the last 20 years. He had previously worked at SFS Ltd as Head of Human Resources for 2.5 years, while his career in Cyprus began at Laiki Bank of Cyprus in 1989, where he worked as Manpower Planning & Development Officer for 11 years.
Mario's relationship with Evalion-SHL Greece & Cyprus goes back many years, as he has been certified for more than 25 years in SHL methodologies such as the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), 360 Feedback and career guidance tests.
Mario's experience covers a very wide range of HRM topics with an emphasis on:
talent measurement and development
design and management of performance appraisal systems
design and implementation of assessment and development centres
design and execution of training and development programs
design and implementation of personnel surveys
rewards & benefits management
Marios holds a BA (Hons) in Political Economy from the University of Greenwich and an MBA in Human Resources from the Bayes (ex CASS) Business School in the United Kingdom.
