Developing High Performance Teams Workshop

This workshop is addressed to Managers and Team Leaders who currently manage an existing team, or who are acquiring a new team or team members. Also relevant for HR Professionals responsible for selecting individuals for new or existing teams.

General information

This one-day workshop will give you the knowledge and skills you need to create and maintain
a high performance team. Through a series of interactive taught and practical sessions you
will develop an understanding of the key characteristics of teams and gain experience using assessment tools to help you select and develop team members. Learn how to deal with challenging team members and break down barriers to collaboration with the teams you manage directly or remotely to enhance team performance.
